All fibres and textile materials treated by EcoShield® are wash-resistant, thanks to microcapsule technology. This technology permits the active ingredient to be released gradually over time, since the capsules only break open when using the mattress.

Eucalyptus oil has anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties, which is why it’s often used in perfumes, lotions, deodorants, soaps and other hygiene products. EcoShield® protects against many different insects, including: bedbugs, dust mites, mosquitoes and moths.
