The sturdy construction uses a coated aluminium frame completely covered by the synthetic outdoor weave.
The inside of the box is lined for waterproofing purposes and for greater suitability in lower winter temperatures.

The marine grade synthetic rattan is specifically developed for outdoor use. It is tested for suitability across a wide range of outdoor temperatures, is colour-fast and has UV stabilisers added so the whole unit keeps that look like new appeal for longer.
And cleaning is a cinch simply requiring a quick wipe down with a cloth periodically.
The aluminium clasp can be locked with a padlock if required …
This is a feature perhaps more suited to commercial buyers.
Tough plastic feet are attached to the bottom four corners to raise the box off the ground slightly.

The vast majority of our deliveries will be carried out by our in-staff delivery team. As often as possible we aim to do free assembly and set up. We normally do all our deliveries ourselves but due to the sheer volume of orders, we have a partner courier, but they might not be able to service certain areas due to reduced staff levels due to Covid-19
We are all still operating with minimal staff and trying to cope with the ongoing challenges of Covid-19.
If you have placed an order and are unhappy with our additional charges we can cancel your order with a full refund
Access on delivery day:
Please inform us if there are issues with regards to parking around the property and if the property is a new build, as we will require the nearest postcode or landmark.
Free delivery covers ground and first floor. If the furniture is being delivered to a higher floor, you must inform us beforehand.
On rare occasions, deliveries may be carried out by independent companies/carriers. Therefore, although we can offer guidance and communication to these supplier/carriers, specific days and times may be outside of our control and delays, though rare, are sometimes unavoidable.
Delivery timescales will depend on the goods ordered and will be advised on each individual order.
All other overseas countries – We will always attempt to accommodate any customer requirement. For all countries outside of the UK and Ireland, please contact us either via telephone or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss each order prior to placing the order on our website.
For deliveries by our own delivery team - In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform our drivers immediately or contact us directly the same day within 24 hrs, so that we can replace them in part or whole in accordance with your statutory rights.
For courier/drop off deliveries - a notification to Kubek Furniture must be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods, in writing via e-mail to email@example.com and fully outlining the relevant issue/cause for the requirement to return the said goods.
All returns must be agreed by telephone or e-mail so we can agree on collection dates/times.
We are only able to refund the delivery cost where goods are supplied in a faulty or damaged condition.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
